Avondale College - Open Evening Campaign

Avondale College asked us to design promotional material to showcase the school’s achievement and encourage prospective students to attend their open evening. We created a variety of collateral including flyers, billboards, signs, print and digital ads which featured student leaders and key points about the college’s high academic achievement. Indigo Blue Design has continued to manage the promotion of this event annually since 2009, with unique campaigns that are tailored to the school’s marketing plan for each year. We are pleased to report that attendance at the Open Evening increases each year, with over 1000 people coming in 2017. Even more significantly, enrolments are also increasing: in 2017 more than 550 students began their secondary schooling at Avondale College in Year 9.

Billboard

This 6x6m billboard was displayed on one of Auckland's busiest motorways.

Prospectus

The Avondale College Prospectus is a vital marketing tool. Updated annually, 3000+ copies are distributed within New Zealand and internationally.

DL Flyer

This was used to promote the event and was distributed to all contributing feeder schools. It was part of the printed Prospectus package.

Exhibition Banner - Welcome to Avondale

The prospective students and their parents were greeted by this banner when entering the school's atrium at the Open Evening event.
